Umpires from time to time may need to report a player for one of two reasons -
* A Code of Conduct Breach , or
* To Report a Player for a Suspect or Illegal Bowling Action
The below links will provide members with a copy of the appropriate reporting forms for either of these two situations.
CODE OF CONDUCT REPORTS IN SHIRES, CHAPPELOW OR METRO CUP and NSW YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIPS -
1. To lodge a report do so via an online form located at this link -

2. It is important to note that the online report form does NOT automatically send a reply email to you supplying you a copy of your report. It is important that you keep a copy of the details you type into the online report form before you hit the submit button. Having a copy of what you reported is important in the event your matter needs to process to a Judiciary hearing
3. For all reports lodged, members are asked to kindly send the SSCUA Secretary an email with the incident description. Your Executive Committee wishes to monitor incidents involving our members and offer support to members if there is a need to do so.
4. Members may, where required, seek support from the SSCUA President or Secretary if you feel unsure how to draft your report. Please reach out if you need support in this process.
